  The quality of the office chair that I've purchased is supreme. I use the chair for 11 hours a day and the number of features this chair has is simply superb and so easy to use.   Happy with the workstation chair I got for myself. They helped me out when I needed some modifications too. Tad bit expensive but it is justified considering the quality and service.

  Had bought a chair about 6 years back and when one of the handles broke due to wear and tear I called them up and they were very helpful in getting the chair repaired within a day.
